Do I need to set up an account to view items and place orders?
Yes, you must register with MIKA in order to view our daily looks. As a member, you’ll have additional benefits, such as access to behind the scenes films and special styling information.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
To reset your password, follow the instructions at the bottom of the page. You will have the option to have your password emailed to you.
MIKA Exclusive Shopping Events
How does a MIKA Shopping event work?
Every MIKA Look is styled from head-to-toe, featuring a mix of hand-selected apparel, footwear, handbags, and accessories from the most coveted fashion brands. Each look is ready to shop on www.mikalook.com.
How long does each MIKA shopping event last?
Each new look is available to view and purchase for at least 5 days. The duration of every event will be indicated on the shopping site.
How do I learn about MIKA shopping events?
After you register with MIKA, you will receive email newsletters to alert you of new shopping events. Additionally, you may follow MIKA on Facebook and twitter to be in the know regarding new shopping events!
Does MIKA ever feature discounted, ‘sale’ merchandise?
No. Every MIKA Look is comprised of full-priced inventory. MIKA strives to bring its customers the most on-trend, immediate merchandise—merchandise that would not be reduced due to its recent availability and high customer demand.
How do I pay for my MIKA purchases?
MIKA accepts payments via PayPal or any nationally recognized credit card, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
Does MIKA charge sales tax?
MIKA charges standard sales tax, as required by state, federal, and international law. The sales tax is approximately 8% for New York based zip codes.
How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is complimentary, an added benefit of being a MIKA member! We are using FedEx for most of our deliveries.
A MIKA customer is liable to pay for international shipping. International orders will be sent through the most suitable carrier according to the size, weight and destination. Items that are large or heavy may include higher shipping prices to ensure quality of order delivery. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by MIKA.
What is the estimated ship time of my MIKA purchase?
Depending on item availability and warehouse location, all MIKA ship times are variable. For the benefit of our customers, every item purchased via MIKA is first processed in-house, reducing the chance of incorrect or damaged deliveries.
Estimated delivery times will be provided as well as a tracking number. If further shipping or order information is required, please contact MIKA at email@example.com.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your MIKA order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation. A following email will then be sent with instructions and a tracking number.
MIKA RETURN & REFUND POLICY - US
NOTE: MIKA currently ships in the US, Canada, Russia, and select countries in the Middle East. Stay tuned for our future expansion into Europe and Asia!
What is MIKA’s return policy?
MIKA strives to provide convenience and flexibility by delivering some of the top designer labels to our customers. Due to the nature of our site, we are unable to accept returns on all products. Eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the initial ship date, unless otherwise stated. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging, including: polybags, hangers, gift boxes, shoes boxes, hang tags on garments, and original packaging of handbags when applicable.

MIKA accepts returns on the following full-priced items: apparel, footwear and all accessories (bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry and watches). MIKA does not accept returns from the following final sale items: Cosmetics & Beauty, Hosiery, Intimates, and Swimwear.
Returns and Credits
All full priced returnable items that meet the specified conditions noted above have two return options:
Receive a MIKA credit with no additional charge
Receive a refund back to your original payment method less shipping and handling charges.
Return shipping cost is on us if you select a MIKA credit. If you prefer a refund, we will automatically deduct the return shipping cost. Any promotion that has been applied to the total at the time of purchase will be refunded the amount paid at the original purchase date.
Additionally, please note: All MIKA returns must be shipped with a MIKA issued return label, sent to you via our customer care department.
If a non-returnable item is damaged, what is my recourse?
If an item you have purchased and received is damaged, please contact MIKA Customer Care at Customer@mikalook.com.
How do I exchange items?
If your purchase is the wrong fit, we are happy to exchange your item for another size if we have it in stock. Please contact Customer@mikalook.com

For promotional events, approved returns, and refer-a friend programs, customers may be granted a MIKA credit. The value indicated on your MIKA credit can be used towards future MIKA purchases for 365 days.
